Meet Our Caring Yet Zealous Team

Heather Bryan, Owner and Founding Attorney

Heather Bryan is an experienced trial attorney. She began her legal career at the Public Defender’s Office for the Tenth Judicial Circuit, where she worked on misdemeanors, felonies, and appeals. Her passion for the courtroom was fueled by defending those whose rights had been compromised.

She understands the importance of protecting everyone’s fundamental, Constitutional rights. Heather firmly believes in the tenet that every person deserves zealous representation and, if the case requires it, Heather is dedicated to giving every client his or her day in court. No matter the accusations, every client deserves competent, aggressive, compassionate representation. This is justice.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Heather served her community by teaching World History at Auburndale High School. Before that, Heather taught high school in Georgia. Helping others has always been a priority to Heather. She is active in the Lakeland community and a member of the League of Women Voters, Bridge, First United Methodist Church, Lakeland Bar Association; she currently serves on the board of the Polk Association for Women Lawyers.

Heather received her legal education at Barry Law School in Orlando, where she was on scholarship and graduated with honors. During law school, Heather served as a Teaching Assistant for her Legal Research and Writing Class. She also served as a Research Assistant for her Constitutional Law professor, where she assisted in researching and writing an appellate brief to the 11th Circuit of Appeals.

Additionally, Heather was on the Trial Team, where she competed in trial competitions. Heather received her Master of Arts in Educational Psychology from the University of Connecticut and her Bachelor of Science in Education and History from Columbus State University—both with high honors.
